5. Use of Funds:

All funds received for family dues and merchandise contribute to the family account, supporting the planning of family events, maintaining the website, event deposits, and purchasing items related to family gatherings.

6. Refund/Return Policy:

Family dues and merchandise payments are non-refundable as outlined in sections 4a and 4b of these Terms and Conditions. Exchanges for merchandise can be issued if the item has a quality issue as defined in section 4b of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Retention of Right to Change Offering:

Martin Tye Fitts Fam reserves the right to change or terminate services without notice and liability.

8. Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos:
